Dedicated to the memory/legacy of Dr. Percy and Lileah Harris, Linn County Public Health Building, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

An interior mosaic and painted mural for the new county building. Mosaic leaves and butterflies fabricated during two community mosaic make sessions where county employees and community members were invited to put their mark on the new building.
